1) Fill the bowl with milk and heat for 15 minutes in the microwave (the cooking time may vary depending on the amount of milk and the power of the microwave).
2) Season cooked milk with oil, vinegar or lemon and let stand for 30 minutes. Smart: The flexible lid serves as a measuring device and allows to pour easily and cleanly the liquid into the bowl.
3) Drain the cheese in the sink using the strainer basket and then put it in the bowl before placing everything (with the strainer) in the refrigerator for 1h to 1h30.
4) Now it’s ready! Place to tasting!
